⁣The importance of busting through the myths around menopause, asking all of the questions and getting high level professional advice on how to win at hormones.

Confused exhausted and unsupported is not a good place to challenge the structures. We are also less likely to advocate for our own health and well being if we don’t fully understand menopause.

Beauty is not skin deep, it is as deep as the radiance of our souls.
